📋 Description

• Guide customers and users in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB’s data platform • Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB • Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies and communicate business value to stakeholders • Collaborate with sales teams on account planning, opportunity prioritization and qualification, pipeline generation, technical discovery, demos, proofs of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation • Generate demand through technical initiatives, industry trade shows, and account-based marketing events • Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure customer success and satisfaction • Innovate and improve MongoDB solutions and processes by relaying field feedback to the product team • Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members • Engage in ongoing product and industry training and professional development • Help customers with MongoDB product, cloud, microservices, DevOps, security, and generative AI architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Minimum of 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or SQL and/or popular programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or C# in a professional capacity • Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-premises • Demonstrated ability to review complex application architectures with customers and provide technology guidance • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team through an end-to-end deal cycle • Ability to travel up to 25% • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Fluency in French and English required • Required security clearance is indicated as a placeholder, but no specific clearance is stated • Experience with major cloud providers, technical pre-sales, database programming, data models, data engineering, or AI/ML projects is listed as additional experience • Understanding of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message is listed as additional experience • MongoDB Certification and Cloud Provider Certification are listed as additional qualifications
