📋 Description

• Build and execute Moniepoint's university and emerging-talent engagement playbook through hackathons, tech talks, career fairs, and community hubs • Run the annual early-careers recruiting calendar, including outreach windows, assessment cycles, and start dates • Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, student societies, and tech communities across Nigeria • Deliver end-to-end internship programmes, including recruiting, pre-boarding, cohort programming, manager enablement, and full-time conversion • Partner with hiring managers and team leads to define intern projects and secure dedicated mentors • Manage structured, skill-based cohort conversion assessments • Design and manage high-volume application, screening, and interview workflows in the ATS • Collaborate with assessment partners and vendors to deliver fair and accessible evaluations • Coordinate with People Operations, IT, and workplace teams for onboarding and Day 1 readiness • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or coordinators • Track programme metrics such as application conversion, cohort diversity, candidate NPS, and post-internship retention • Gather feedback, improve programme quality, and share data-driven recommendations with TA leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience • Proven exposure to campus recruiting, university relations, early-career programmes, or cohort hiring • Experience coordinating complex projects or multi-stakeholder programmes • Practical experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate evaluation tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Solid understanding of the Nigerian higher education landscape and emerging talent communities • Experience designing or running student hackathons, innovation challenges, or specialized STEM recruitment initiatives (preferred) • Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, or fast-paced corporate environments (preferred) • Familiarity with funnel analytics, spreadsheet reporting, or presentation design for leadership reviews (preferred)
