📋 Description

• Drive the Roadmap: Take end-to-end ownership of the People Transformation Roadmap. • Architect the Future: Facilitate workshops to map our current "As-Is" processes. • Unblock Dependencies: Lead weekly transformation meetings. • Champion Change: Create communications and training for managers and employees. • Engineered Quality: Implement governance frameworks. • Reporting & ROI: Define success through clear KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Management Consulting, People Operations, or Business Transformation. • Successful led large-scale HR transformations across multiple regions (ideally Nigeria and the UK). • Expert in process redesign; Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus. • Can guide C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams with diplomacy and authority.
