📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to design and deliver high-impact features • Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Produce clean, maintainable, documented, reliable, and testable code • Integrate third-party services and APIs with robust error handling and graceful degradation • Improve system performance and developer experience through automation and refactoring • Diagnose and resolve complex issues across the stack • Contribute to code reviews and architecture discussions • Document technical decisions, systems, and processes • Participate in recruiter, take-home coding, technical, system design, architecture, and executive interviews during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on backend development • Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot • Experience designing, building, and scaling web services, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines • Strong proficiency with relational databases and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset • Exposure to AngularJS or React is a plus
