📋 Description

• Prepare financial monitoring reports focusing on companies that raise capital from investors for real estate developments; • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow; • Monitor client portfolio flows and track delinquency; • Collect information directly from real estate developers and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of financial data; • Support the creation and maintenance of financial models for projections and scenario analysis; • Assist in managing financial documentation and internal processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience preparing financial and/or management reports • Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of formulas and functions is essential) • Experience in the real estate market (developer business plans, CRIs — real estate receivables certificates, capital markets, etc.) • Previous experience with financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations) • Knowledge of financial scenarios such as costs, expenses, sales, and key performance indicators
