📋 Description

• Lead the robotics software team (approximately 4–5 engineers) from a technical perspective: architecture, prioritization, and delivery • Work alongside the team: writing code, performing reviews, prototyping, and diving into critical issues — from tuning navigation to stabilizing embedded systems • Own the integration of the autonomy stack (ROS2), ensuring that localization, navigation, perception, and imaging operate as a single cohesive system • Manage the delivery cycle and development pipeline: simulation (Isaac Sim/Gazebo), bench verification, version control, and releases to robots in the field • Work closely with hardware and operations in a unified development and field-validation cycle • Recruit and develop the team as the fleet scales

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in robotics or autonomy software with deployments on real robots or vehicles, including technical leadership of a team or lead-level responsibility • Deep knowledge of the stack: ROS2, C++/Python, and strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: localization (GNSS/RTK, sensor fusion), navigation and control, 3D perception, and embedded systems (NVIDIA platforms or similar) • Experience across the simulation → bench → field cycle and with software running on remote devices • Availability for field testing (within the interior of São Paulo and partner farms) • English for interfacing with international suppliers
