📋 Description

• Lead technically, mentor and develop the engineering team, fostering developers’ autonomy and ownership • Translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable, reusable and resilient API architectures • Articulate cross-functional solutions, designing flows, diagrams and data models across core systems and external partners • Ensure technical excellence and quality through robust strategies for unit, integration and performance testing • Promote a culture of AI-Assisted Engineering, leading the use of GitHub Copilot or Amazon Q • Ensure high availability and security with a DevSecOps mindset • Use Dynatrace and SonarQube for observability, code quality and proactive risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields • Solid experience in large-scale projects, complex systems and software architecture design, with a focus on performance and maintainability • Experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse profiles • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Spring Batch • Desirable experience with legacy systems/modernization, including SOA/OSB • Frontend knowledge with Angular is desirable • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and data modeling • Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of RESTful APIs/GraphQL • Knowledge of messaging with Kafka/RabbitMQ • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Curiosity, openness or hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q
