📋 Description

• Run Morpho’s corporate IT, including accounts, access, laptops and SaaS tools • Administer SSO, the directory and password manager • Handle onboarding, offboarding and regular access reviews • Manage the Mac fleet, including setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and endpoint security agent maintenance • Apply security baselines and access policies defined by the security team • Administer SaaS tools, including setup, admin access, licences and IT vendor onboarding • Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs • Provide evidence for IT controls during audits • Automate onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection • Write and maintain IT procedure documentation • Participate in IT on-call • Progress toward independently owning corporate IT and automating core processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security • Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM and endpoint security tools • Strong macOS management, including configuration profiles, privacy preference and system extension policies • Ability to write Python or Bash to automate work • Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit • Awareness that crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and ability to configure systems accordingly • Clear documentation writing • Preference for simple setups people follow over perfect ones they work around • Comfortable being part of an on-call rotation
