📋 Description

• Provide technical architecture guidance and train analysts on principles and best practices for Support and Projects • Operate in a global environment, aligning solutions across all regions to ensure scalability and stability • Research new technologies in accordance with information security and cybersecurity policies • Engage, hire and manage IT vendors • Oversee procurement and payments related to IT vendor management • Prepare design and implementation plans • Manage projects from initiation through delivery, on time and within budget • Gather business requirements from internal and external clients and coordinate project plans • Engage stakeholders, coordinate activities, communicate changes and progress, and lead project teams • Lead or participate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting of critical business applications and systems • Develop and organize specifications, data mappings, diagrams and flowcharts for developers and testers • Ensure governance and maintenance of the overall solution architecture, including scalability and integrity • Attend SAB and CAB meetings as required • Ensure appropriate evidence, documentation and approvals for deployments in compliance with policies • Provide approvals in ServiceNow for enhancements and consultant requests • Stay current on SAP technologies and industry best practices • Define solution constraints and requirements • Align the Scrum team and stakeholders on technical direction • Evaluate solution and service options with vendors and incorporate external requirements into designs • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to develop autonomous Scrum teams • Implement agile management best practices • Coordinate BA testing and develop test cases to ensure quality assurance • Develop and maintain BA technical documentation
