📋 Description
• Organization and updating of press/media mailing lists • Support in writing and formatting press releases and official statements • Follow-up with media outlets according to strategic guidance • Media clippings and weekly reports • Support in organizing schedules, events, recordings, and interviews • Daily media monitoring (mentions, opportunities, potential issues) • Research on events, story angles, awards, and other visibility opportunities • Support for launches and PR team routines
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or coursework in communication, journalism, public relations, advertising, or related fields • Strong writing skills, organized, and quick learner • Proactive, responsible with deadlines, and detail-oriented • Emotional maturity to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Genuine desire to grow, contribute, and evolve into more strategic roles over time
