• Organize and maintain the press/media contact list • Support writing and formatting press releases and official statements • Follow up with media outlets following strategic guidelines • Media clipping and weekly reports • Support organizing calendars, events, recordings, and interviews • Daily media monitoring (mentions, opportunities, potential issues) • Research events, topics, awards, and visibility opportunities • Support launches and PR team routines
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or studies in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields • Strong writing skills, organized, and quick learner • Proactive, deadline-oriented, and detail-oriented • Emotional maturity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Genuine desire to grow, contribute, and advance to more strategic levels over time
