📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Application Analysts and Specialists • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and support of clinical applications including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Pharmacy systems, and other clinical technologies • Lead cross-functional implementation and optimization projects • Partner with physicians, nurses, ancillary departments, and operational leaders to improve workflows through technology • Ensure clinical applications comply with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and applicable state and federal regulations • Serve as primary contact for clinical application vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, computer science, nursing informatics, or related fields • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology, clinical systems, or interoperability, with at least 3 years managing enterprise healthcare technology teams • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards and integration architectures including HL7, FHIR, CCD/CCDA, and API-based integration • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale clinical technology implementations, optimizations, and interoperability initiatives • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance requirements • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and enterprise technology contracts with cost and performance discipline • Track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in complex, multi-entity healthcare environments.
