📋 Description

• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for compliance products in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. • Partner closely with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that help customers stay ahead of requirements and reduce operational risk. • Get close to customers, identify compliance pain points and opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities. • Drive execution from concept through launch by creating clarity, managing tradeoffs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on scope, timelines, and outcomes. • Use data and product metrics to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering commercially successful software products. • Experience building compliance products or working on regulated products is a plus. • Strong customer empathy and product intuition, with the ability to simplify complex problems into effective solutions. • A data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and evidence to validate assumptions and guide prioritization. • Sufficient technical depth to work effectively with engineers and contribute to strong product decisions. • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and operate effectively with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
