📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Project Manager on the Partner Engineering team, you will serve as a strategic collaborator managing high impact projects with cross functional teams. • responsible for process, organization and communication to improve engineering efficiency as we scale. • You’ll drive quarterly and sprint planning, execution and delivery. • You will not only be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines and quality standards. • You will also collaborate and engage in day to day operations with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and design to meet defined targets. • You will also get a chance to coach EMs, PMs and Engineers to drive organization wide culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management (development PM focused) • Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended • Experience with project management software (such as JIRA, Confluence, Coda, etc.) • You pride yourself on your organization and communication. • Ability to lead and coach without authority. • Ability to gain meaningful insights from data and create an action plan. • Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment - You’ll jump in wherever you can. • Strong experience with agile methodologies. • CSM or PMP certification is a bonus.
