📋 Description

• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customers to elicit, understand, and document their business and technical requirements. • Architect and design end-to-end solutions using our core Java-based workflow platform, producing high-level and low-level design documents, sequence diagrams, and API specifications. • Act as the main technical point of contact for the customer, their development teams, and third-party CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) vendors. • Provide expert guidance to both customers and internal development teams on best practices for implementation, integration, and system performance. • Occasionally develop proofs-of-concept or simple code examples to validate a design approach or demonstrate a capability to the customer. • Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation to support the entire project lifecycle, from sales handover to operational support. • Responsible for managing and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support data driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer in the telecommunications industry (Fixed, Mobile, or ISP). • Solid foundation in software engineering principles and a strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Maven, Oracle Database). • Demonstrable experience in gathering technical requirements and translating them into scalable and maintainable solution designs. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Knowledge of networking concepts and CPE device management and familiarity with telecommunications protocols and standards (e.g., TR-069, TR-369, 4G/5G architecture). • Experience working with various integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, TL, MML, etc, for system integration. • Experience with workflow automation, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), or orchestration platforms. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Previous experience working directly with CPE vendors.
