📋 Description

• Lead the entire operation, coordinating the leaders of each department • Design and maintain the company’s management architecture • Establish a cadence of meetings, check-in rituals, KPIs, and executive reporting • Organize the company structure by redistributing responsibilities and eliminating single points of failure • Transform manual reconciliations and reporting into automated workflows • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture • Coordinate responses to incidents, KPI declines, vendor changes, and team restructurings • Act as the foundation’s operational counterpart, with clearly defined responsibilities and a direct, trust-based relationship • Be accountable for execution, performance management, targets, and on-time delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Head of Operations, VP of Operations, or equivalent • Proven track record of leading multiple departments simultaneously • Strong management maturity, including experience overseeing numerous reporting lines • Ability to establish and sustain a management cadence • Ability to identify bottlenecks, prioritize, and say no when necessary • Excellent project and process management skills • Fluency in KPI-driven management and operational dashboard analysis • Experience leading large, distributed teams • Ability to coordinate leaders, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and integrate deliverables • Ownership mindset, autonomy, and end-to-end accountability for results • Direct and objective communication, including executive-level interaction with the foundation • Experience managing, building, and tracking projects in Notion • Availability to work weekends in the event of emergencies or business-critical needs • Preferred qualifications: experience in a high-volume, transactional digital business; risk- or compliance-sensitive operations; scaling operations from hundreds of thousands to millions of users; familiarity with acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention, CRM, finance, and marketing funnels
