📋 Description

• Audit and validate hundreds of marketing tasks per day • Review Meta Ads for copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters • Audit GoHighLevel automations, logic, triggers, workflows, and email/SMS delivery settings • Review Zapier workflows, Google Business Profiles, local SEO elements, and web assets when applicable • Review AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, compliance, brand alignment, and adherence to prompt instructions • Follow SOPs and checklists precisely and suggest process improvements • Flag and document issues using annotated screenshots and structured QA reports • Contribute to internal QA metrics, audits, and performance tracking • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators, Copywriters, Designers, Developers, and Strategists • Provide responsive communication through Slack, Asana, and shared documentation systems • Provide timely updates on QA status, blockers, and resolutions • Serve as the final checkpoint protecting client trust, brand integrity, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail and critical thinking about root causes • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality • Strong written English • Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing • Comfortable using Asana, ClickUp, GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets/Docs • Ability to audit Meta Ads copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters • Ability to audit GoHighLevel automations, triggers, workflows, and email/SMS delivery settings • Familiarity with marketing operations, digital QA, SEO/GBP optimization, HubSpot or other CRMs, high-volume agency or tech-enabled marketing environments, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous • Availability to work PH night shift hours with the U.S.-based team
