📋 Description

• Own the performance and impact of a large, complex book of custom paid media campaigns for aesthetic practices • Lead campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and communication with practices and cross-functional teams • Manage approximately 50 campaigns initially, scaling the book over time • Build command of reporting and tracking systems • Pull data independently and diagnose account health and tracking issues • Manage campaign risk proactively before it affects results • Use AI to increase the quality and volume of media-buying work • Apply pattern recognition, hypothesis-driven testing, and educated bets to drive campaign results • Contribute new setup approaches, AI-assisted processes, best practices, and workflows • Influence clients and cross-functional teams toward better campaign performance • Own outcomes whether following established playbooks or exercising independent judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning the performance and outcomes of a large, complex book of paid media campaigns • Deep understanding of data, tracking, reporting, and the full marketing funnel • Ability to manage approximately 50 campaigns initially, scaling over time • Ability to pull data independently and diagnose account and tracking health quickly and accurately • Ability to make independent judgments about when to follow or deviate from SOPs and playbooks • Optimization and testing rigor using pattern recognition, hypothesis-driven testing, and educated bets • Productive use of AI to scale work quality and volume without replacing personal judgment • Excellent communication skills for influencing clients and cross-functional teams • Willingness to contribute best practices and workflows adopted as standard team practice • Currently based in the Philippines
