📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes in public administration • Identify optimization potentials • Develop target (to-be) processes • Model and document processes • Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements • Develop processes efficiently while considering their added value • Support clients from analysis through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sense for overall context and interdependencies • Solid methodological foundation in process management • Initial experience in the public sector • Experience modeling and documenting business processes (e.g., BPMN) • Familiarity with common BPM/GPM tools (e.g., Adonis, Camunda, Signavio) • Analytical thinking skills • Strong communication skills • Enjoy working on projects • Degree in public administration, economics, social sciences, or political science • Interest in impact-oriented process management
