📋 Description

• Lead the visual execution of creative assets for projects across film, advertising, and digital media • Ensure visual consistency from concept through completion • Design and execute high-volume visual assets, including digital ads, social media content, and campaign visuals • Oversee rapid asset production while meeting brand guidelines and quality standards for mass distribution • Create and maintain design templates, style guides, and visual components for large-scale asset creation • Manage production timelines and resources to deliver assets on schedule • Source and manage stock photography, graphic elements, and other visual resources within budget • Supervise final preparation and delivery of assets across multiple platforms and formats • Ensure visual and brand continuity across high-volume advertising touchpoints • Stay current with platform-specific design best practices and emerging advertising technologies • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and technical skills • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Experience with AI image and asset generation • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong understanding of brand design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and craft • Understanding of the marketing funnel and extensive experience with high-volume media delivery • Preferred but not required: experience in film, television, or advertising industries • Preferred but not required: motion design experience • Preferred but not required: problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
