📋 Description

• Provide customer support through phone, email and chat channels • Assist customers with product and service-related questions • Manage customer accounts • Support order processing and order-related inquiries • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently • Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary • Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Italian or French language skills (C1 level or higher) • English (C1 level) • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Confidence using digital tools and computer systems • Previous customer service, technical support or contact center experience is an advantage • Interest in technology and consumer electronics is considered a plus
