📋 Description

• Design and define end-to-end architectures for enterprise Generative AI solutions • Develop and implement agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures • Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ERP, and similar enterprise platforms • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable AI-driven solutions • Ensure solutions meet production requirements for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability • Define and implement AI safety strategies, guardrails, grounding techniques, prompt injection prevention, and risk mitigation approaches • Evaluate architectural trade-offs such as latency versus accuracy and automation versus human control • Design end-to-end workflows across multiple enterprise systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong backend development expertise, preferably Python • Proven experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including GPT-4o and o-series models, within Microsoft Azure environments • Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and grounding strategies • Strong understanding of tool/function calling patterns • Experience designing agentic AI systems, orchestrator architectures, and multi-agent architectures • Experience with workflow-based agents such as LangGraph or similar • Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, enterprise integration patterns, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, and RBAC • Experience with performance, scalability, reliability, observability, logging, monitoring, and KPI definition • Experience with AI safety mechanisms and operational guardrails • Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and operational requirements • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services • Experience with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and Azure App Services • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions • Desired: real-time AI systems, voice solutions, streaming architectures, WebSockets, other LLM providers, enterprise knowledge bases, conversational AI, chatbots, and voice assistants
