📋 Description
• Collect, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured data • Develop dashboards and management reports using Power BI • Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate • Build and maintain data pipelines for compliance monitoring and indicators • Support access governance, RBAC reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls • Manage backlog and support agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps • Collaborate with Compliance, IT, Product, and Audit teams to support strategic initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Governance, or Compliance • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation • Experience with SQL • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Power Automate • Experience with Azure DevOps • Experience with Git • Knowledge of data management and data quality • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Strong analytical and communication skills • Preferred: knowledge of Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR), RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SharePoint, Confluence, and APIs • Preferred: Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) • Preferred: experience in Data Governance or Data Management
