📋 Description

• Lead the technical delivery of customer authentication projects • Manage implementation from requirements analysis and architecture through to go-live • Implement and integrate authentication solutions into heterogeneous customer environments • Deliver solutions for proof-of-concept projects or production go-live • Serve as the technical interface between customers, vendors, and internal teams • Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues • Transfer knowledge to customers and colleagues through workshops, training, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification • Broad generalist knowledge of IT • Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments • Experience with Active Directory • Experience in technical project leadership and customer-facing environments • Analytical, structured approach to work and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain complex topics clearly in German and English • Experience implementing IAM, MFA, or authentication solutions, such as Yubico, HID, Swissbit, OpenText, Microsoft Entra ID, or FIDO2-based solutions • Knowledge of Docker or experience writing small scripts in PowerShell or Bash • Microsoft SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator) • Knowledge of common standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
