📋 Description

• Turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified Gameplan Sessions that actually take place. • Qualify leads and schedule sessions with senior finance decision-makers. • Call every inbound lead within five minutes. • Maintain a steady outbound cadence via phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Log every outcome in the CRM (GoHighLevel). • Use AI to research accounts and refine messaging. • Own your activity metrics for outreach attempts and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Business-fluent German with credibility at the C-level. • 1+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR roles in B2B German-speaking markets, ideally selling considered offers (software, consulting, professional or financial services). • Proven track record managing both an outbound activity quota and inbound / speed-to-lead responsibilities. • Strong CRM discipline integrated into your daily work. • Calm, resilient, and persistent on the phone. • Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows, or quick to learn them. • Experience setting meetings with or selling to finance and controlling stakeholders (Nice to have). • Background in data, BI, software, or consulting (Nice to have). • Solid English in addition to German for collaborating with the team (Nice to have).
