📋 Description

• You proactively reach out to decision-makers and personalize your outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate outbound leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings for sales conversations • You are creative and actively look for new ways to generate leads • Cold calling makes up about 90% of your working time, with a target of making 60 calls per day • You attend trade shows and events to network and meet potential customers • You maintain and update customer data in our CRM • Depending on your performance and length of service, you have the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive

🎯 Requirements

• You are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have a good command of English • You are a hunter: creative, positive, and have a dynamic personality • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and persuade potential customers • You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • You are eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop while contributing to your team’s success • Familiarity with any of the following tools is a plus: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot
