📋 Description

• Lead client check-ins and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. • Track deliverables, update project plans, and keep initiatives moving across internal and external teams. • Translate strategic recommendations from the leadership team into clear, actionable next steps for clients and internal partners. • Monitor campaign performance and retention metrics, and prepare concise status reports for clients and leadership. • Flag risks and opportunities before they become problems. • Support onboarding of new clients, including process documentation and account setup. • Improve the client experience by refining templates, SOPs, and reporting. • Use ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Clockify, internal SOPs, and reporting templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client account management, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role. • Strong experience managing client relationships and stakeholder communications. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Proven ability to manage projects, deliverables, timelines, and competing priorities independently. • Highly proactive, organized, and dependable, with strong follow-through. • Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. • Experience creating and presenting client-facing reports and performance updates. • Experience working with e-commerce and/or digital marketing accounts. • Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. • Comfortable working with reporting and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work. • Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
