📋 Description

• Establish new relationships with senior care facilities by presenting therapy services to nursing or facility management by phone or in person • Coordinate therapist starts at senior care facilities with nursing heads, doctors, patients, administration, and therapists • Support coordination when changes affect treatment guarantees for patients • Capture and maintain senior care facility data and updates in the CRM system • Plan the workday independently • Report regularly to the supervisor and monitor KPIs together

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines • Legal authorization to work in the Philippines • German-speaking • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and/or in account or partnership management • Experience in the healthcare sector or a related field is a plus • Convincing, clear communication, both in person and in writing • Ability to take responsibility for the entire process from acquisition to long-term support • Independent work and initiative • Team player • Desire for further personal development • Ideally, experience using one of the well-known CRMs
