📋 Description

• Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for the Executive team and the Board. • Conduct deep-dive reviews of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to assess health, identify trends, and spot potential financial risks. • Assess the value of investments using models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis (CCA). • Translate data into actionable insights, presenting recommendations to improve profitability, optimize investments, and reduce costs. • Collaborate with department leaders to build detailed monthly and multi-year budgets. • Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Calculate and administer complex sales commission and incentive plans; maintain the company’s product and service price book. • Analyze operational costs to identify areas for savings and improved efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis or staff accounting. • Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and improving financial models. • Proven experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, Retention). • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident enough to work with minimal micromanagement.
