📋 Description

• Support the broader business by compiling data; drafting letters and documents as needed • Data entry to and from our CRM and Document Management tools • Maintain CRM client information with relevant updates • Creating reports from the CRM and providers’ portals, • Collect and document business requirements and process improvement/automation efforts • Project research and special projects for the team as required • Formatting, drafting, editing and sending emails and customer correspondence. • Conduct research on financial concepts, superannuation retirement and tax strategies • Work with clients to gather necessary information and documents • Understand and interpret financial and tax documents related to clients’ investments • Manage and update client information in the company’s database

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a financial services role in the financial planning industry • Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills • Good with maths and comfortable working with numbers • Familiarity with Superannuation, Centrelink and Investments in Australia • A desire to become an expert in wealth products and assist advisers in the advice preparation process • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office • Meticulous attention to details, especially in calculations and materials prepared.
