📋 Description

• Service Level (SLA) Calculation: Monitor, calculate and analyze service level indicators to ensure operational targets are met. • Workforce Sizing (Capacity Planning): Conduct studies and calculations to determine staffing (headcount) requirements based on demand and contact volume curves. • Variable Compensation (RV) Calculation: Assess operational results and accurately calculate variable compensation campaign payouts. • Create and update daily performance reports and area KPIs. • Support leadership in identifying operational deviations and proposing improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel: Proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, handling large datasets and creating dashboards. • Sharp logical reasoning and strong analytical skills. • Good communication and a proactive attitude. • Knowledge of SQL (for extracting, querying and manipulating data in databases). • Previous experience in Planning, MIS, WFM or Operational Control.
