• You identify new business opportunities, open up target industries and applications, and thus make a significant contribution to the company's continued growth. • You analyze customer requirements in detail, understand their processes and develop tailored solutions that are both technically convincing and economically viable. • You manage the entire sales process – from first contact through technical consultation to contract conclusion – and lead your projects to successful completion with negotiation skill and closing strength. • You actively establish and strengthen contacts with key customers, industry associations and technology partners at trade shows to further expand the market position.
• Preferably a completed technical degree such as Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar. • Strong competence in market and competitor analysis. • Knowledge in drive technology, drive systems, motors or axis/axle systems. • Experience in the sales of complex components and systems. • Strong communication and networking skills – you deliberately build and sustainably expand relationships. • Fluent German and English skills. • Willingness to travel.
