📋 Description

• Develop, evolve and maintain conversational bots for text (WhatsApp) and voice (IVR), focused on generative AI and deterministic flows • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and participate in squad refinement sessions • Design text and voice conversation flows with emphasis on user experience and business requirements • Integrate bots with APIs, legacy systems, and messaging platforms • Use AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality • Write and review automated tests • Document technical solutions and implemented flows • Identify and propose technical and UX improvements for existing bots • Collaborate with QA to validate and approve deliveries • Share technical knowledge with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing conversational solutions or automations integrating with APIs and messaging platforms • Hands-on experience with projects involving generative AI and LLMs • Proven experience working in agile squads, participating in technical refinements and end-to-end deliveries • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET • Integration with REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with WhatsApp Business API • Git flow and version control • At least 2 years of experience in development projects for conversational text and/or voice bots • Experience in production support and maintenance is a plus • Conceptual knowledge of VoIP, SIP and VXML for IVR; further technical training will be provided on the role • Nice-to-have: NLP and natural language processing • Nice-to-have: TTS and STT • Nice-to-have: basic DevOps and CI/CD knowledge • Nice-to-have: API security best practices
