• Own and maintain HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. • Design and optimize workflows, automations, and operational processes. • Manage lifecycle stages and lead management processes. • Build dashboards and reports that support business decisions. • Improve alignment and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales. • Analyze and improve key funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics. • Provide operational support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or CRM Management. • Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise (reporting, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and automation). • Experience working with pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics. • Advanced English proficiency. • Strong analytical mindset and business orientation. • Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. • Nice to Have • Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, consulting, Data, or AI companies. • RevOps experience. • Event marketing experience. • Experience using Claude or other AI tools in a professional environment.
