📋 Description
• Build, manage, and optimize the ClickUp structure for all marketing teams. • Lead all marketing initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. • Run daily/weekly alignment sessions with Social, Creative, SEO, PR, and Web teams. • Own the master marketing calendar. • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly execution reports. • Develop SOPs, workflows, and documentation for operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–7+ years of project management experience (marketing or creative teams preferred). • Expert-level experience with ClickUp or comparable PM tools. • Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and process-driven. • Confident communicator who can align multiple teams and personalities. • Excels in high-volume, fast-paced environments. • Proven ability to enforce deadlines and manage structured execution. • Experience working closely with creative, content, or marketing operations. • Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, content pipelines, PR workflows, and social media management.
