• Create the project Schedule of Values (SOV) Template. • Assist with the delegation and management of submittals and shop drawings. • Write, manage, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) utilizing Procore project management software. • Perform accurate Material Takeoffs from project drawings. • Order and manage project material samples. • Request vendor buyout quotes after a job is awarded and build a purchasing evaluator to aid in selection. • Create a CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) Buildset. • Develop a comprehensive Site Logistics Plan. • Build a project Schedule and Quantity Duration Tracker (and update these trackers weekly for all active projects). • Update the Sub Count Tracker weekly. • Perform Change Order pricing for items such as Architect's Supplemental Instructions (ASIs), Bulletins, and Field Changes. • Attend virtual, re-occurring internal status update meetings, including PM Review Meeting, Deliverables Meeting, and Field Ops Meeting.
• Engineering background • Proven experience in a Project Management or similar role, preferably within the construction or trades industry. Masonry experience is a significant plus. • Proficiency with construction project management software, particularly Procore. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform accurate material takeoffs and change order pricing. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
