My Amazon Guy is a full-service Amazon-focused e-commerce agency that helps brands grow their sales and solve marketplace problems through Seller Central management. They provide end-to-end services including Amazon PPC advertising, a 4-phase SEO/listing optimization process, A+ and Brand Store design, account troubleshooting and reinstatement, brand registry support, inventory and catalog management, analytics and reporting, and DTC marketing services beyond Amazon. The agency serves brands and Amazon sellers with audits, coaching, and ongoing platform optimization to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

📋 Description

• Lead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. • Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency. • Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets. • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings, collaborating with external tax advisors as needed to optimize tax efficiency. • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Experience working in an agency or a US company is preferred. • Proven experience in financial management, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role. • Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, as well as MS Excel. • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience in e-commerce or retail finance is a plus. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. • A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
