📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the client promptly and professionally • Assist prospects with inquiries in both English and Spanish • Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for them to visit the school • Complete daily appointment-setting and administrative tasks • Follow up as needed to support the appointment and sales process • Support a growing barber education business based in Florida

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent and rich vocabulary in English and Spanish • Discipline to work independently in a remote environment • Stable internet connection • Functional headset • Quiet workspace • Highly preferred: previous experience in appointment setting, customer service or sales • Highly preferred: experience working with U.S.-based service businesses • Availability Monday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM • 36 hours per week, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
