• You love connecting people, building creative partnerships, and making brands so approachable that people genuinely feel part of them. • As a Community & Partnership Manager you are neither a conventional influencer manager nor a pure community manager. • We’re looking for someone who can bring both together. • Someone who builds real relationships. • Who truly understands communities. • Who has a feel for when brand communication is authentic and when it isn’t. • In this role you are responsible for two equally important areas: building strategic external partnerships and cultivating a genuine internal community. • At the same time, you will actively shape how Community & Partnerships are built at Funzy in the long term, including the mid-term development of a small team. • You build long-term relationships with creators — from micro to macro — and develop real partnerships rather than short-term deals. • You create creative brand collabs and co-marketing campaigns with relevant family and lifestyle brands. • You are responsible for a seven-figure creator and affiliate budget and evolve our partnerships with a focus on long-term brand building and sustainable ROI. • You plan creator events, community activations and formats that bring people together. • You develop YouTube and TikTok partnerships with long-term growth potential. • You build an active Funzy community — far beyond classic comment management. • You ensure that UGC is systematically collected, activated and used across channels. • You bring the voice of the community back into the company, e.g. toward product development, CRM or content.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community building and/or creator partnerships • Proven results in building communities, creator networks, or brand collaborations • You have an intuitive understanding of the lives of families with young children, especially mothers • You can think strategically and also execute hands-on • You are used to working independently and building things without a large team • You have already managed seven-figure budgets and can analyze performance and ROI accurately • You have a strong sense for brand communication and write in an approachable, honest way without marketing clichés.
