📋 Description

• Perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US • Handle employee relations issues, respond to employee questions and concerns • Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents • Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks • Engage with candidates conducting interviews on clients’ behalf • Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles • Maintain and handle all administrative tasks related to benefits

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of well-rounded HR experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required • Computer skills – well versed and able to learn new programs regularly
