📋 Description

• Liderar o time de SDRs, garantindo o atingimento das metas de geração e qualificação de oportunidades. • Implementar e aprimorar processos comerciais, playbooks e cadências de contato. • Acompanhar métricas de performance (taxa de conversão, produtividade, SLA de atendimento, MQL → SQL, etc.). • Conduzir rituais de acompanhamento com o time (1:1s, reuniões de resultado, feedbacks e treinamentos). • Apoiar a definição e o acompanhamento de OKRs da área. • Atuar junto às lideranças de Vendas e Marketing para alinhar estratégia de geração de demanda e funil. • Analisar dados de performance e propor melhorias contínuas baseadas em indicadores. • Ser responsável pelo processo de onboarding e desenvolvimento do time de SDRs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência prévia em coordenação ou liderança de times de SDRs / Inside Sales. • Vivência em Sales Enablement, Sales Ops ou Planejamento Comercial. • Conhecimento sólido de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce ou similares). • Capacidade analítica para leitura de funil, definição de KPIs e tomada de decisão orientada a dados. • Domínio de Google Sheets/Excel e ferramentas de dashboards/BI. • Boa comunicação, perfil proativo e visão estratégica de negócios. • Organização e capacidade de entrega em ambiente dinâmico e de crescimento acelerado.
