📋 Description

• Outbound acquisition of doctors, clinics and medical supply retailers — by phone and in writing. • Lead qualification: efficiently close warm leads and systematically develop cold leads. • Consultative advising: analyze needs and effectively position premium listings and campaigns. • Pipeline ownership: from first contact to deal — fully owned by you. • Sales organization: clean data and clear forecasts. • Key account management for long‑term partnerships. • Market feedback directly to the founding team and marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven outbound experience (SDR, Inside Sales in B2B). • Strong closing ability & KPI focus — you deliver on your targets. • Resilience & drive: a "no" brings you closer to the next "yes". • Empathy & professional communication, especially with medical decision‑makers. • German C2 — you communicate clearly, persuasively and confidently. • Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree, healthcare/medtech experience, familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Mailchimp.
