• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Fintech, with a proven track record of operating in high-growth, high-stakes environments. • Financial Services Pedigree: Direct experience working within Banking, Traditional Finance (TradFi), or the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem is required. • The 'Professional Hunter' Mindset: A rare blend of aggressive lead generation hunger and the professional polish required to command the attention of C-suite executives. • Systems Thinking: A belief that a clean CRM, a rigorous process, and a solid referral kit are the most effective tools for scaling a global brand. • Global Perspective: The ability to navigate international markets and identify opportunities for exponential growth within a remote-first, decentralized structure.
