📋 Description

• Own the forward-looking financial plan for n8n’s commercial engine • Help Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships make data-driven investment decisions • Lead annual GTM planning and regular forecasting from target setting through consolidation into the company plan • Build and maintain an integrated sales-led top-line model • Connect and rigorously interpret the company’s forward plan and actual performance with FP&A Managers and Controlling • Model pipeline health, sales dynamics, funnel economics, and enterprise sales performance • Translate pipeline generation, conversion, and ACV into financial impact and investment trade-offs • Support pricing and packaging analysis, including revenue and margin impacts • Partner with GTM budget owners to right-size investment and inform resource decisions • Define KPIs, reporting cadence, and frameworks for marketing ROI, CAC, conversion, and marketing-sourced bookings • Present recommendations to GTM leaders, executives, and board-level audiences • Partner with RevOps on capacity planning, funnel performance, and GTM strategy implications • Turn GTM financial reporting into actionable insight and recommendations with Data and Controlling • Forecast sales commission expense within the GTM budget • Use AI and automation to create repeatable planning and reporting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance • Experience ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment • Experience leading multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting end to end • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders, ideally in a sales-led growth or enterprise sales motion • Fluency in CAC, CAC payback, CLV-to-CAC, pipeline dynamics, funnel conversion, and enterprise growth economics • Ability to build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain reliable as assumptions and business conditions change • Ability to turn complex financial analysis into clear recommendations and present to GTM leaders, executives, and boards • Active use of AI and automation platforms such as n8n • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (nice-to-have) • Transaction advisory, investment banking, or similarly analytical experience (nice-to-have) • Python skills (nice-to-have) • Experience with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment (nice-to-have) • Salesforce or similar RevOps tooling experience (nice-to-have) • SQL or another query language (nice-to-have) • Understanding of product-led growth metrics and motions (nice-to-have) • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI (nice-to-have) • Experience in workflow automation, developer tools, infrastructure software, or related SaaS (nice-to-have) • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first team with autonomy
