📋 Description

• Prospect foundation, corporate, and government grant opportunities aligned with institutional priorities • Write, edit, and submit complete grant proposals, letters of inquiry, budgets, and supporting documentation • Monitor active grants to ensure programmatic milestones and financial expenditures comply with donor regulations • Draft quarterly and annual progress reports • Track deliverables and manage grant closeout processes • Partner with program managers and finance teams to collect data, develop realistic grant budgets, and verify spending compliance • Track application deadlines, reporting schedules, and historical grant records in the internal database/CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field • 3+ years of direct experience in grant writing, research, and post-award grant administration • Proven ability to synthesize complex program goals into persuasive, clear proposals • Experience building project budgets and analyzing financial reports • Familiarity with grant tracking software, including Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, and Grants.gov • Advanced MS Excel skills • Familiarity with federal and European uniform guidance (2 CFR 200) or foundation compliance standards is preferred
