📋 Description

• Build, test, and launch responsive marketing and communication campaigns • Ensure high cross-browser compatibility and prompt delivery • Develop, audit, and maintain digital hubs and web pages using semantic HTML and modern CSS • Uphold strict quality assurance standards • Perform regular quality audits and troubleshoot technical issues • Maintain platform integrity and minimize post-launch issues • Write, curate, and update Knowledge Base articles and internal documentation • Manage assigned client accounts through custom platform builds • Generate performance reports using MS Office Suite • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend continuous process improvements • Report directly to a Philippine-based Service Delivery Lead as part of the Service Delivery and Support Team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3 layout techniques • Hands-on experience with website optimization for speed, digital accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and data analysis • Background in Content Management Systems (CMS), digital campaign builds, or web operations support • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadline adherence KPIs • High level of detail orientation, problem-solving skills, and ownership over daily deliverables • Experience working with Australian clients or offshore team environments (bonus) • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) testing frameworks, bug tracking, and platform compliance audits (bonus) • Knowledge of process mapping or creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base documentation (bonus) • Must be a Philippine citizen • Applications must be submitted in English
