📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from residents, property owners, and trustees and handle them from start to finish • Log maintenance requests accurately and route them to the appropriate coordinator or vendor • Keep property, unit, and contact records current in company systems • Manage a shared inbox by responding, following up, and closing out items • Coordinate vendor scheduling and confirm completed work • Follow up on open items to prevent unresolved issues • Escalate emergencies immediately according to protocol • Flag recurring problems to the manager • Work closely with the front-office team in Boston while covering the US business day

🎯 Requirements

• Currently located in the Philippines — this is a requirement, not a preference • Excellent spoken English • Available during US Eastern business hours, roughly 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time • 2+ years in customer support, BPO, virtual assistance, property management, or similar • Comfortable learning new software quickly • Reliable home setup with stable internet; applicants should state their internet speed • Quiet place to take calls • Plan for power and internet outages • Clear written English for email and internal notes • Experience with US property management, real estate, or HOA/condo associations is nice to have • Familiarity with Buildium, Property Meld, Slack, or similar tools is nice to have • Experience on a US-hours schedule is nice to have
