📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the buying team • Maintain accurate product data • Coordinate merchandising activities on Amazon and Walmart • Enter and maintain product information, pricing, and inventory levels in the internal VRP database • Coordinate the setup of new products, promotions, and campaigns on Amazon and Walmart • Perform regular data audits and troubleshoot discrepancies • Collaborate with buying, marketing, and content teams • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images • Generate and analyze KPI reports for Amazon and Walmart product data • Identify opportunities for improvement • Streamline data entry and merchandising processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an Amazon or Walmart e-commerce environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage large sets of data • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar e-commerce platforms • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote work environment • Understanding of merchandising principles and customer-centric product presentation • 2+ years of experience in data entry or merchandising coordinator within retail or chain supply settings • Ability to work 9 am - 5 pm EST • Always available to video chat • Dual monitor setup PC setup with strong, steady internet connection
