📋 Description

• Create and adapt campaign artwork across digital, social, website, print and in-store channels • Work within brand guidelines and templates while maintaining design quality • Create and adapt POS, posters, product feature cards, promotional materials and digital assets • Produce short-form social video and other creative content • Assist with copywriting, messaging and product storytelling • Adapt creative across brands, markets, formats and requirements • Coordinate monthly campaigns across Nick Scali and Plush in Australia, New Zealand and the UK • Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines simultaneously • Take projects from brief through production, approval and delivery • Maintain campaign calendars, production schedules and project trackers • Identify upcoming requirements proactively • Keep internal stakeholders updated on progress, deadlines and outstanding actions • Support approximately 140 showrooms with marketing collateral • Coordinate with printers and production suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery • Prepare and distribute artwork, print specifications and production requirements • Track materials produced and delivered to each store • Upload campaign materials to internal and supplier platforms • Respond to store requests and resolve marketing material issues • Identify creative and POS requirements for upcoming product launches • Coordinate collateral production for new products • Work with Product, Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to prepare launch materials • Ensure campaigns and product launches are supported across stores and digital channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in marketing, graphic design, creative production, digital marketing or a similar role • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro or equivalent • Experience creating digital and print marketing materials • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and brand consistency • Experience managing multiple projects or campaigns simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal English • Strong attention to detail • Excellent time management and organisational skills • A portfolio demonstrating creative ability • Experience in retail, e-commerce or an agency environment is advantageous • Experience coordinating print production is advantageous • Experience creating social media content and short-form video is advantageous • Experience working across multiple brands or markets is advantageous • Experience with project management tools, SharePoint or similar platforms is advantageous • Understanding of marketing campaigns and customer journeys is advantageous • Experience working with international teams is advantageous
