📋 Description

• Provide proactive design leadership and direction to multiple engineering teams • Partner with engineering leaders and Product managers • Lead architectural design of multi-tiered products and data applications across projects • Manage the applications portfolio to address technology debt and mitigate risks • Translate client business use cases and technical requirements into technical designs • Map architectural decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify and evaluate solution options to select the best fit for client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during implementation • Write and review architecture and high-level design documentation • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and non-functional requirements • Develop overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks • Apply technology integration learnings across projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis • Conduct proof-of-concept implementations to validate designs and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years of total experience • Strong experience with architecture and development in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and unit testing • Experience designing full-stack solutions for multi-tiered modern software and data applications • Strong hands-on software engineering background and passion for innovation • Understanding of software architecture and refactoring patterns • Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, microservices architecture, REST, and service-oriented architecture • Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, PowerShell, NPM, Terraform, ARM, and IIS • Hands-on database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL • Understanding of design patterns, concurrent design, and multithreading • Strong troubleshooting skills across disparate technologies and environments • Experience architecting AI-related solutions using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude • Exposure to solutions involving AI integration • Understanding of MCP, prompt/context engineering, model families, and LLM risks and ethical considerations • Experience designing and delivering highly available cloud architectures on Azure/AWS using PaaS, IaaS, and containerized Docker/Kubernetes workloads • Experience designing cloud data lakes, data warehouses, and data processing solutions • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and SRE best practices • Advanced problem-solving experience leading teams in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex project issues • Strong modeling capability for clearly representing complex ideas graphically • Ability to guide engineering teams and partner with data/product stakeholders in an agile environment • Ability to balance architectural purity with constraints and commercial goals • Experience building technology roadmaps and planning solution evolution, technology choices, and risk mitigation • Awareness of security engineering best practices • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
