• Support sales cycles by selling and cross-selling AMS offerings • Respond to RFPs with differentiated viewpoints • Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and offerings • Oversee end-to-end AMS service delivery • Identify new market opportunities and expand the AMS portfolio • Present AMS offerings to new and existing clients • Engage with clients across Europe with a willingness for frequent travel • Run quarterly innovation workshops
• 18+ years of experience in IT services, with strong expertise in Application Managed Services • Proven leadership of large teams within major IT service organizations • Strong understanding of AMS market dynamics, customer needs, and technology trends • Demonstrated success in driving large, multi-year AMS deals with multi-geo delivery models • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field • Fluent German and English language skills.
